CLIMATE -Mediterranean with continental features. Medium rainfall 400/450 mm per year
VINIFICATION - Grapes destemmed and then pressed by the free-run process with a previous decantation of the must (48 hours) at a temperature of 10º C. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 16/18º C.
TASTING NOTES - A white wine with an intense fruity aroma of tropical fruits and some minerality. I t is well balanced, fresh and has a persistant finish.
