CLIMATE -Mediterranean with continental features. Medium rainfall 400/450 mm per year
VINIFICATION - Selected grapes, fermented without stems and by the classic maceration system, followed by post fermentation skin maceration during 10/12 days
AGEING – 8 months in french oak barrels
TASTING NOTES – An intense aroma of dried fruits and jam. It has a good structure, a persistent finish and a good astringency.
